Vending Information
Vending will be held throughout NOTOCON VI in the Compass Room of the Waterfront Hotel at the corner of Derby and Washington Streets in Salem, Massachusetts. All vendors are given a space allotment of at least 30”x 36” (3’ section of a 6’ table/30”x 72”) and one-two chairs.
Vendor rates are as follows:
O.T.O. Body - $35 for 3 days or $18/day
Non-body vendor - $90 for 3 days or $45/day
There is a maximum of 14 vendors based on space capacity (first come, first serve, subject to committee approval). Payment for vending should be sent as soon as possible upon receiving a vending acceptance email with payment instructions. Vendor application deadline is June 22, 2007.
This rate is non-inclusive of any conference attendance fees. O.T.O. vendors must be dues current. Non-initiates may vend, however, may not attend the conference itself. Priority is given to initiate applicants for vending. Additional space may be given in some cases at the discretion/approval of the Onsite Coordinator and Vending Coordinator.

Please clearly identify on the package your vendor name. There is a one week window in which boxes will be accepted – Tuesday, July 31, 2007 – Tuesday, August 7, 2007. The packages will migrate to storage and arrive onsite during vendor setup on Friday, August 10, 2007. Please send email with estimated date of arrival and/or shipping/tracking notification to the Vending Coordinator when sending packages. NOTOCON VI does not accept responsibility or liability for the delivery, security or condition of the packages.
Vending hours are:
Friday, August 10, 2007 from 9am-6pm
Saturday, August 11, 2007 from 9am-6pm
and
Sunday, August 12, 2007 from 9am-2pm
Vendor setup begins Friday, August 10, 2007 between the hours of 8am-9am. It is highly recommended that vendors carry plenty of cash for change and packing/wrapping supplies.
There is no phone line for public use in the room. There is free wireless internet in the hotel which is accessible via the vending area. It is highly recommended if accepting credit card payments that you bring a manual swipe machine or utilize an online gateway to process payments.
The vending room will be locked during closing hours. NOTOCON VI has its own security during conference hours. It is not recommended to leave high-value items overnight in the vending room. NOTOCON VI will not take responsibility for items and cash lost or stolen. The vending room can be accessed after hours with the approval of Vending Coordinator or the Onsite Coordinator.
Vendor breakdown will occur at approximately 2pm on Sunday, August 12, 2007 and will last no longer than an hour. Please remember to restore your area to the same level of cleanliness it was found in!

review process in order that no merchandise conflict between any other
vendor exists. Accepted vendors will be notified via email of acceptance
