Members and an invited guest are cordially invited to celebrate the Thelemic New Year in true allegorical style at the Wake World Masquerade. What you ask is the Wake World? It is an allegorical wonderland modeled on the Tree of Life, which Crowley used to poetically discuss the relations of the soul and the Holy Guardian Angel. This weekend at KTO:
Advanced Initiator Training is dedicated to providing active initiators with resources to grow in their skill and eduction as initiators and to help active O.T.O. initiates increase their knowledge and zeal in regards to our initiation rituals.
Advanced Initiator Training is aimed at current Chartered Initiators who have already attended Initiator Training held by Certified Initiator Trainers and Sovereign Grand Inspectors General. However, Master Magicians who are close to applying for a Charter to Initiate and who have attended Initiator Training previously are welcome to join us if space is available.
U.S. Grand Lodge, Ordo Templi Orientis sponsors Advanced Initiator Training. The weekend of training events are held at a variety of local bodies throughout the country, typically twice per year.
Presenters at AIT are experienced O.T.O. Initiators. All are either Certified Initiator Trainers or Sovereign Grand Inspectors General with years of education and experience in initiating the Man of Earth Degrees.
Initiators all over the country have been asking: “When will we see more advanced training from Grand Lodge?”, “When can we see discussion of symbolism?”, “When will there be a traveling workshop like Kaaba, but only for us?”, “Where, besides NOTOCON, can we get together and network, talk about initiating and get ideas from each other and discuss best practices?” Advanced Initiator Training is the answer and offers in-depth training, by initiators, for initiators.

Last night we celebrated the First Night of the Prophet and his bride with Rosa Mundi. We had cake for the feast day of a brother, and a presentation on How to Make and Use a Magick Mirror:
This class will provide plans and step by step instructions on how to construct from scratch, a black mirror suitable for scrying, evocations, and astral work. We will also discuss the various ways in which this instrument can be used, as well as techniques for its charging and consecration. The specific project to be discussed is easy to construct, requires little or no artistic skill, and can be accomplished for a minimal commitment of time and money. Those who are interested in scrying and crystal gazing are invited to come and see how easy it is to construct a high quality magickal implement for a fraction of its retail value. Presented by Fra.
